Events & Photo Gallery
Legacy Land Trust holds at least one major social and/or fundraising event each year. Our annual Art for Conservation show is created for the last week in October with our festive silent auction party on the First Friday night in November. Over 40 of the regions finest artists come together to donate half the proceeds of the sale of over 100 pieces of artwork to the land conservation programs of Legacy Land Trust. The show is a great indoor event in town for the chillier time of year!

We have also hosted picnics on an organic farm with live music, silent and live auctions, games, and tours of the farm; as well as in-town evening get-togethers with slide shows of recently protected properties and socializing; and guided field trips with picnic lunches.

We regularly offer annual field visits to certain protected properties as part of the regular monitoring program. These are an opportunity to meet the landowners and understand more about their stewardship practices and reasons for conservation. Not a bad way to spend a day or two outdoors on some of the most scenic properties in northern Colorado! Contact Erin for one of these opportunities.
