Community Involvement
Part of the culture of Legacy Land Trust includes spreading the word about the importance of creating a legacy of protected private lands in northern Colorado and the values and benefits land conservation provides for the community. Contact us for a presentation to your group.

In addition to regular educational outreach presentations to civic and citizen groups, university and other classes, Legacy Land Trust is making efforts to integrate our work into the larger community in new and different ways. These efforts can produce more collaboration among local agricultural programs and conservation agencies to strengthen an already vital farming and ranching community as it interacts with our urban centers.

Legacy Land Trust also provides landowner workshops in various settings to help local landowners understand conservation opportunities and visit with Legacy Land Trust project staff to obtain more specific information they might desire. Contact us for more information.
